After searching for Blue Light Glasses but coming short finding a pair that were stylish yet effective in blocking blue light from screens.
So I set out on a mission to create a pair that not only looked good but would actually do the job, Our glasses block over 94% of Blue Light from digital screens
HERE'S OUR STORY
Light Sleeper Eyewear was created from my passion for wellness & business.
The idea started from a problem I was experiencing in late last year 2019, I was spending hours on my laptop and the result of that was headaches and sore eyes, not to mention constantly staring at my phone also resulted in me having trouble falling asleep because I was so stimulated from the blue light from my screens...
One of the things i priortise before anything else is SLEEP not just to sleep but to get a good quality sleep every single night is one of the best things they could do for their health.
Sounds Simple?
I hear you, we live in a digital age and being on our phones and laptops constantly, we are exposed to artificial blue light everyday and it affects our health, hormones & quality of sleep.
That was how Light Sleeper was born, just an idea 6 months ago came to life - I had a vision to create a product that helped health conscious people exactly like yourself aka the "Light Sleeper" actually sleep better and be more productive throughout the day.

WHAT ARE BLUE LIGHT BLOCKING GLASSES?
Our Blue Light Blocking glasses have filters in their lenses that block blue light and UV light, from getting through.
This means if you use our glasses when looking at a screen, especially after dark, they can help reduce exposure to blue light that can keep you awake, wear our fashionable frames while you work for more productivity in today's digital age and say goodbye to headaches.
WHAT’S BLUE LIGHT?
Blue Light is produced from our digital devices such as your phone and computers. Long hours of blue light exposure can be harmful to your eyes as it may cause eye strain, headaches and disrupt your sleep quality causing you to be a light sleeper.
DESIGNED FOR THE LIGHT SLEEPER
Our bodies associate Blue Light naturally with daytime and regulates our circadian rhythm, telling our body when to wake up and go to sleep however being exposed to it when you’re trying to go to bed can disrupt sleep patterns (think late emails & nighttime scrolling on the phone) makes it harder to sleep because your stimulated.
HOW DOES BLUE LIGHT AFFECTS SLEEP?
Studies have scientifically proven that Blue Light suppresses melatonin secretion.
Melatonin imbalance can result in trouble falling asleep and difficulty staying asleep which results in feeling tired in the morning, not idea if you want to go out in the world and get stuff done.
